Paolo Rivera was born and raised in Daytona Beach, FL and graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2003. He began his career at Marvel, working almost exclusively with them for a decade. He has since worked for every major publisher creating covers, posters, and comics. Ever since his run on Mark Waid’s Daredevil, he has worked with his father, Joe Rivera, an award-winning inker. His most recent books include The Valiant and Hellboy and the B.P.R.D.: 1953. He lives in San Francisco with his wife and daughter, blogging regularly at paolorivera.com.
