Dave Tata started doing freelance work for Marvel’s Creative Services Department where he worked on the revamp of the Spider-Man, Storm and Luke Cage vs, Smokescreen P.S.A. comic and The Amazing Spider-Man Toy Fair Special among a list of mini comics and dice game covers. Dave penciled the back up story Tellos 6 1/2 in Tellos The Last Heist. Dave also was a storyboard artist and an animator for Soup2Nuts Productions, where he worked on the shows Home Movies, Time Warp Trio and Word Girl.
