Andie Tong’s past comic book experience include titles such as Spectacular Spider-Man UK, The Batman Strikes!, Wheel of Time comic series, The First Law: The Blade Itself comic series and the Tron: Betrayal graphic novel, a prequel comic to the movie, Tron: Legacy, and official game tie-in comic Plants vs. Zombies.
Since 2005, Andie has worked with major companies including Disney, Marvel, DC and Darkhorse. Besides comics, he has also done commercial work for DC, Nike, Mforma, Universal, CBS, Mattel, Hasbro and illustrations for Whitewolf’s fantasy gaming books.
In 2013, Andie began work on the three part series by Disney, The Zodiac Legacy, illustrated novels created by Stan Lee and Stuart Moore, based on the Chinese zodiac. Book two earned New York Times Best seller achievement in 2016.
He currently illustrates children’s books for HarperCollins and concept designs for various companies. In 2017, it was announced that Andie would partner up again with Stan Lee to illustrate a Webtoon Original Comic titled Backchannel.
